【🇹🇼 🇨🇱 2023 智利頂級葡萄酒大師班-台北晶華酒店】
由智利駐台北貿易辦公室昨天在台北晶華酒店舉辦了一場精彩的智利頂級葡萄酒大師班(感謝智利葡萄酒協會 Wine of Chile的邀請)。正如 Fernando (與我合影的男士) 所解釋的那樣,這次大師班的目的是展示智利不僅只生產較便宜的葡萄酒,且還可生產與世界上最好的葡萄酒相媲美的優質葡萄酒。

我們有機會品嚐了來自10個不同莊園的10種不同的葡萄酒(9種红葡萄酒和1種橙葡萄酒),這些酒莊分別是:Maturana Winery、Casas del Tolqui Winery、Aromo Winery、Viu Manenet Winery、Casa Silva Winery、Tarapaca Winery、Santa Ema Winery、Errazuriz Winery、Valdivieso Winery和Maipo Winery。

這些葡萄酒真的是一流的美酒,我特別喜歡Viña Maipo Alto Tajamar Syrah 2010,它具有完美的黑醋栗、黑莓果醬、桉樹、甜香料、灌木叢、煙草香氣;融化的單寧和絲滑的質地、令人心曠神怡。我們希望能有更多這樣的大師班!

Fantastic masterclass on premium Chilean wines yesterday at the Regent Hotel in Taipei, organized by the Chilean Trade Office in Taipei (Thanks to Wine of Chile for the invitation). The aim of this masterclass, as Fernando (who is in the photo with me) explained so well, was to show that Chile doesn’t just produce cheap wines, but can also produce excellent wines on a par with the best in the world.

We had the opportunity to taste 10 different wines (9 reds and 1 orange) from 10 different estates, namely: Maturana Winery, Casas del Tolqui Winery, Aromo Winery, Viu Manenet Winery, Casa Silva Winery, Tarapaca Winery, Santa Ema Winery, Errazuriz Winery, Valdivieso Winery, Maipo Winery.

I have to admit that the wines were absolutely magnificent, I particularly liked Viña Maipo Alto Tajamar Syrah 2010 with its incredible notes of blackcurrant, jammy blackberries, eucalyptus, sweet spices, undergrowth, tobacco, melted tannins, silky texture, a pure delight. We hope there will be more master classes of this level!
