兩晚在台南的永林綜合料理與一些同仁一起品嚐了非常好的葡萄酒並搭配永林美味的餐點!

我向他們介紹了餐廳酒單上的兩種葡萄酒:雲霧之灣酒莊的黑皮諾和白蘇維濃,解釋了有關葡萄品種的一些基本知識、香氣特徵、紐西蘭作為葡萄酒生產國的現況以及與餐廳裡的某些菜餚搭配的建議。

🇹🇼 🇳🇿 Yonlin Wine Tasting:
Very nice wine tasting and dinner with some of the staff at Yonlin restaurant in Tainan.

I introduced them to two of the wines on the restaurant‘s wine list, the Cloudy Bay wines, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, explaining some basic facts about the grape varieties, their specific aromas, New Zealand as a wine producing country and some suggestions for pairing them with certain dishes served in the restaurant.
