上周末我有幸為 AOW 指導了一次品酒會,我們享受了三款口感細膩、卓越的葡萄酒。
首先,我們品嚐了2002 年的瑪歌酒莊,這是葡萄栽培的傑作。 這款酒如天鵝絨般細膩、柔滑而複雜,散發出如織錦般的香氣—皮革和煙草、林地、新鮮和燉煮過的黑色水果(如黑莓、黑醋栗和李子)、石墨、雪松和一絲烤麵包的味道,最終帶來令人印象深刻的悠長和醇香,如一場優雅與複雜的邂逅。
接下來,我們探索了 Vincent Girardin Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot 2005,這是一款精緻典雅的夏多內。 其口感如絲般柔滑,伴隨活潑的酸度。這款酒散發著烤檸檬和燉紅蘋果的香氣,接著是白桃、接骨木花、奶油和餅乾味。些許的香草、奶油巧克力、杏仁、堅果、蜂蜜和淡淡的鹽味為其特性增添了深度。

I recently had the delightful opportunity to guide a wine tasting session for AOW on November 19th, where we indulged in the exquisite nuances of three remarkable wines.
First, we savored the Château Margaux 2002, a masterpiece of viniculture. This wine, velvety and intricate, unfolds a tapestry of aromas - leather and tobacco, forest floor, both fresh and stewed black fruits like blackberry, cassis, and plum, graphite, cedar, and a hint of toast, culminating in an impressively long and memorable finish. Truly, it was an encounter with elegance and complexity.
Next, we explored the Vincent Girardin Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot 2005, a Chardonnay that epitomizes sophistication. Its texture was silky, accompanied by a lively acidity. This wine expressed a bouquet of grilled lemon and stewed red apple, followed by layers of white peach, elderflower, creamy butter, and rich biscuit. The nuances of vanilla, butterscotch, almond, nut, honey, and a subtle hint of salt added depth to its character.
Finally, we tasted the Armand de Brignac Brut Gold, a champagne renowned not only for its striking bottle and label but also for the exceptional experience it offers. Beyond its visual allure, this champagne delighted us with a zesty, crisp acidity and a creamy texture. Its complexity was revealed through vibrant notes of lime, lemon, apple, apricot, peach, and orange blossom, intertwined with the richness of dough, brioche, cream, yogurt, honey, and nuts. It was a harmonious blend of freshness and opulence, leaving a lasting impression.
