上週末，我在香港參加了香港貿發局舉辦的香港國際美酒展。 這次的活動非常愉快，辦的非常好，參加的人很多，幸運的我有機會在這裡發現了很多很棒的葡萄酒。 我必須說，我對中國葡萄酒的水平感到非常驚喜，尤其是寧夏地區的葡萄酒，非常美味。 德國和義大利的葡萄酒也很有代表性，我很高興能與許多熱情的釀酒師交談。我也嚐了些日本清酒，雖然這不是我非常了解的飲品，但我非常喜歡品嚐來自不同地區的清酒，非常有趣。
我要感謝高雄的侍酒師 Allen 和我一起參加了這次酒展，很高興能和他在這次的旅程討論分享。我還要感謝 AOW 讓我有機會參加這次展會！
I was in Hong Kong last weekend for the HKTDC Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair. The event was very enjoyable and well organised, with a good turnout and I had the opportunity to discover many wines. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised by the standard of Chinese wines, particularly from the Ningxia region, which were quite delicious. Germany and Italy were also well represented and it was a pleasure to talk to many passionate winemakers. Japanese sake was also in the spotlight, and although it's not a drink I'm very familiar with, I thoroughly enjoyed tasting sakes from different regions.
I'd like to thank Allen (sommelier in Kaohsiung) for attending the show with me and it was a great pleasure to share our impressions together. I'd also like to thank AOW for giving me the opportunity to attend the show.
