🇫🇷 我今天收到今年 1 月份在西班牙馬德里參加的 DipWSET D4 考試（氣泡酒）結果，很高興能通過 D4。 實際上，我在去年 12 月底感染了 Covid 🤒（Delta 變種），我病得很重而且發燒了好幾天，甚至失去了嗅覺和味覺，而且在考試前幾天才恢復，所以當時我甚至不確定我是否可以參加考試。 考試那天我痊癒了，但筋疲力盡，所以我不確定我是否可以通過考驗，今天看到結果出爐，放心了。 ☺️
🎉所以今晚和我的妻子一起慶祝，我們開了這款來自 🇪🇸 Bierzo, Descendientes de J. Palacios Villa de Corullon 2018 年份的華麗葡萄酒，100% Mencía，極其細膩和複雜的新鮮黑色水果風味，芬芳、花香、淡淡的植物味、光滑、輕盈、礦物質，享受這美好的片刻！
🇫🇷 I have just received today the result of my D4 exam (sparkling wines) which I took in January in Madrid and I am particularly happy to have passed it. Indeed, I caught the Covid 🤒(delta variant) at the end of December and I was very very sick, I had a fever for days, I lost my sense of smell and my taste, and these did not come back only a few days before the exam, so I was not even sure if I could take the exam. I was cured but absolutely exhausted on the day of the exam, so I wasn't sure if I had passed. I'm really relieved. ☺️
🎉So to celebrate with my wife tonight, we opened this magnificent wine from 🇪🇸Bierzo, Descendientes de J. Palacios Villa de Corullon 2018, 100% Mencía, extremely delicate and complex fresh black fruit flavors, fragrant, floral, a hint of vegetal, smooth, light-bodied, mineral, a real treat!
