🇫🇷 法國阿爾薩斯 Zind Humbrecht 莊園的灰皮諾 Roche calcaire 2019，有著蘋果、梨、杏、蜂蠟、白花、薑、濕石/粉筆以及鹽的味道；oily質地非常好，具有清爽的高酸度和礦物質感。
🇩🇪 德國法茲 Bremer 莊園的黑皮諾 Marien-Garten 2017，帶有覆盆子、紅櫻桃、橡木、丁香、可可、香草、雪茄盒的香氣；緊緻的單寧，活潑明亮的酸度，些許強勁且充滿橡木味。
Very nice dinner with two delicious wines 🍷:
🇫🇷 Domaine Zind Humbrecht Pinot Gris Roche calcaire 2019 from Alsace, flavors of apple, pear, apricot, beeswax, white flower, ginger, wet stone/chalk and salt, a very pleasant oily texture, with refreshing high acidity and minerality.
🇩🇪 Weingut Bremer, "Marien-Garten" Pinot Noir 2017 from Pfalz (Germany), flavors of raspberry, red cherry, oak, clove, cocoa, vanilla, cigar box, gripping tannins with vivid acidity, quite powerful and oaky.
