昨天與家人共進晚餐,我們吃了好吃的台灣豬肉火鍋、喝了兩種美妙的葡萄酒🍷非常愉快😄:
🇫🇷 法國 Saint Cosme 莊園, Condrieu 2011 - 非常美味的維歐涅,以蘋果酸乳酸發酵、在桶中陳釀 8 個月(30% 新桶)。色澤為美麗的金黃色,帶有蘋果果醬、橘子、杏桃、桃子、芒果、鮮花(金銀花、玫瑰)、奶油、優格、香草、香料、蜂蜜、堅果等香氣。
中等酒精度、中等酸度、中等酒體,非常複雜且具有令人愉悅的奶油質地和非常長的奶油尾韻,非常棒!
🇺🇸 美國 Silverado 酒莊,Mt. George 梅洛 2017 - 來自納帕谷的 Coombsville,在法國桶中陳釀 16 個月(40% 新桶),中等紅寶石色,帶有草莓、黑莓、李子、蔓越莓、櫻桃、薄荷、雪松、煙草、可可的明顯香氣,也有一點香草和甜香料的氣息。
高度酒精、中等偏高的新鮮酸度、中等柔軟的單寧、飽滿的酒體。天鵝絨般的滑順質地、宜人的清新感和悠長的香料餘韻,讓我想起了波美侯葡萄酒,我真的很喜歡這款酒!
Very nice dinner yesterday with family, we drank two wonderful wines🍷 :
🇫🇷 Chateau de Saint Cosme, Condrieu 2011 -
Absolutely gorgeous viognier, aged 8 months in barrel (30% new) with MLF, golden in color, with pronounced aromas of jammy apple, tangerine, apricot, peach, mango, flowers (honeysuckle, rose), cream, yogurt, vanilla, spices, honey, nuts.
Medium alcohol, medium acidity, medium body, very complex with a very pleasant creamy texture and a very long buttery finish, just magnificent!
🇺🇸 Silverado Vineyards, Merlot Mt. George 2017 -
From Coombsville, Napa Valley, aged 16 months in French barrel (40% new), medium ruby in color with pronounced aromas of strawberry, blackberry, plum, cranberry, cherry, mint, cedar, tobacco, cocoa, a bit of vanilla and sweet spices.
High alcohol, medium(+) fresh acidity, medium soft tannins, full body, a velvety milky texture, a pleasant freshness, and a long spicy finish, reminds me a lot of some Pomerol wines, I really loved it!
