【📝Brief intro】
🇩🇪 So delicious, fruity and flowery.
The earliest traces of the name Müller-Catoir @muellercatoir in the viticulture of Palatinate date back to 1744. The famous manor house, located between Mannheim and Kaiserslautern in the west of the country, was built in the 18th century. It was around the 1960s that the house began its ascent towards the best estates in the country when Jakob Heinrich Catoir and his cellar master Hans Günter Schwarz brought to life a style that had been legendary.
Since 2002, his son Philipp David Catoir has run the property with oenologist Martin Franzen by his side. They are certified organic since 2015. Grapes come from vineyards located in the municipalities of Haardt and Neustadt. The soils are rich in clay gravel, sand and sandstone.
Vinification & Maturation: After harvest with very strict selection, grapes are lightly pressed, and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Following aging on the lees, the wine was bottled and rested for a few more weeks before being released to the market.

Pale lemon.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of lemon, yuzu, grapefruit, grape, melon, pear, apple, greengage, dried herbs and blossoms. A real walk in a garden!
【👅Palate】
Pronounced aromas similar to the nose. High acidity, light+ body, medium alcohol. Mouthfeel is mineral, dry, juicy with very concentrated aromas of green, citrus and stone fruits with nice hints of flowers / blossoms supported by a crispy acidity, ending in a long and magnificent mineral finish.
【🍷 Conclusion】
Amazing and exquisite Muscat, so fragrant, fruity, flowery, mineral and elegant, so concentrated, really fantastic! Can pair very nicely with seafood or fish. Highly recommended.
