【📝概述】

【🍇葡萄品種 & 酒精含量】

45% 馬爾貝克 Malbec, 45% 希哈 Syrah, 10% 卡本內弗朗 Cabernet Franc, 15% ABV。


【👀視覺印象】

帶有一點紫色的深紅寶石色。


【👃嗅覺香氣】

主要為成熟的黑李子、黑莓、黑醋栗、櫻桃、紫羅蘭花香、胡椒、巧克力及些許薄荷、桉樹和乾燥香草的香氣。


【👅味覺品嘗】

明顯的香氣與鼻子類似但甘美、多汁的水果味被更為強調。 水果及薄荷的尾韻悠長。 中等偏高的酸度、中等酒體、輕盈單寧、高酒精度。

含有非常豐富的果味;優雅、芳香、礦物質,感覺結構非常良好且平衡。

【📝Brief intro】

🇦🇷 3 exquisite wines 🇦🇷 PART 3/3crafted by Fernando Dupont Winery in Jujuy, Argentina (Located in northern Salta).

I had the chance to discover those wines thanks to Patricio Dupont, the nephew of Fernando who is the owner of the business Vinos de Altura in France which promotes several estates from Jujuy along with his uncle’s of course.

The Dupont estate is located in the Quebrada de Humahuaca area (UNESCO World Heritage 2013), 2,500 meters above sea level and is one of the highest estates in the world, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes made of mountains, cactus and rocks. Close to the Bolivia border, the area would be too hot to make wines (at ground level), altitude making viticulture possible (as the temperature falls by approximately 0.6° every 100 m increase).

Third wine: Punta Corral 2017 - IG Quebrada de Humahuaca, Jujuy, Argentina.

Maturation: 6 months in second-use Bordeaux oak barrels.


【🍇Grapes & ABV】

45% Malbec, 45% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Franc, 15% ABV.


【👀To the eye】

Dark ruby with some purple hints.


【👃Nose】

Pronounced aromas of ripe black plum, blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry, flowery notes of violet, pepper, chocolate, some mint / eucalyptus and dried herbs.


【👅Palate】

Pronounced aromas similar to the nose with emphasis given to a very luscious / juicy fruit. A long finish on the fruit and mint. Medium+ acidity, medium body, light tannin, high alcohol. Wine is extremely fruity, elegant, aromatic, mineral, feels very well-structured and balanced.


【🍷 Conclusion】

It’s a real bomb, super fresh thanks to the crispy acidity and very pleasant thanks to its fruitiness. it's the kind of wine you can't help but pour out another glass.
