【👃嗅覺香氣】
富有果醬（櫻桃、黑莓、藍莓、黑李子）、黑胡椒、煙、雪茄、焦油、及些許肉類和香草的香氣。
【👅味覺品嘗】
複雜而明顯的香氣並與鼻子相似。 酒體飽滿，酸度適中，酒精度高，單寧高。
【🍷簡單結論】
這是瓶平衡的葡萄酒，充氣醒酒和升溫可變得更佳（建議在飲用前 2~3 小時先開瓶醒酒）。 隨著時間的推移，次要香氣和單寧整體的融合感會越來越好。可感受到香草和黑色漿果(如黑櫻桃、藍莓、黑李子)的尾韻悠長。 我強烈推薦這瓶酒。
【📝Brief intro】
🇺🇸 I wanted to drink some American Petite Sirah and as I was looking for it, I came across this bottle. I was immediately drawn to the label which I think is beautiful. I went to the website of the estate which is located in Paso Robles, CA and I have to admit that I find all of their labels fantastic. The two brothers who own the estate seem very interesting people with a great sense of humor.
【🍇Grapes】
A blend of Petite Sirah (89%) and Syrah (11%).
【👀To the eye】
Dark ruby with hints of purple.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of jammy fruits (cherry, blackberry, blueberry, black plum), black pepper, smoke, cigar, tar, meat, and vanilla.
【👅Palate】
Complex and pronounced aromas similar to the nose. Full-bodied, medium acidity, high alcohol with high tannins.
【🍷 Conclusion】
Wine is balanced and gets better as it breathes and warms up (I recommend 2~3 hours opening before drinking). The secondary aromas and tannins felt better and better integrated as time went by. The long lingering finish on the vanilla and black fruits. A real treat at this price point, I highly recommend it.
