類似於鼻子的明顯香氣，尾韻則為非常持久的礦物質/焦糖味。 酸度適中，單寧適中，酒精度高，酒體飽滿。 口感非常好，圓潤、清新，單寧順滑，質地油滑，結構良好，完美平衡了果香和橡木香。 它同時給人以優雅和剛勁的感覺。

【📝Brief intro】
🇪🇸 An unforgettable wine from Bodega Arzuaga, Ribera del Duero, one of the best I’ve tried so far.
A blend of the red grape variety Tempranillo 95% and white grape variety Albillo 5%. A bit more than 6000 bottles have been produced.Bodegas Arzuaga is located in Valladolid, in the middle of the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin.
Grapes used to make this wine come from very old (more than 100 years) low yields vines on poor clay soils at 900m altitude which means perfect ripeness, acidity and concentration of the aromas within the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in oak vats and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.
Maturation: 24 months in oak barrel.

【👀To the eye】
Deep ruby with some purple hints.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of ripe black fruits (black plum, blackcurrant, blackberry), mint, vanilla, chocolate, cedar, smoke, tobacco, coffee, hint of charcoal, caramel and leather. Just mesmerizing.
【👅Palate】
Pronounced aromas similar to the nose, a very long and persistent mineral/caramel finish. Medium acidity, medium tannin, High alcohol, full body.
The mouth feels just incredible, it's round, fresh, with smooth tannin, an unctuous texture, and well-structured with a perfect balance between the fruity and oak aromas. It feels elegant and bold at the same time.
【🍷 Conclusion】
A wine from out of this world, close to perfection to me. It’s elegant, deep, powerful, with so many aromas and complexity… a wonderful treat you can do to yourself…to be drunk slowly to enjoy until the last drop.
