【👃嗅覺香氣】

黑莓、桑椹、黑醋栗、黑櫻桃、覆盆子、草莓、紫羅蘭、溫和香料的香氣、巧克力、雪松、煙草和吐司的明顯香氣。

【👅味覺品嘗】

與鼻子相似的明顯香氣,黑色、紅色水果極為出色的香氣完美的與橡木香融合,持久的礦物味收尾。 酒體飽滿,酒精度高,酸度適中,單寧適中。

口感柔軟而濃郁、單寧圓潤、質地細膩、酸度適中。令人難以置信、極好的複雜度、帶有大量強烈的果香和橡木元素以及礦物質結構,非常漂亮!

【📝Brief intro】

🇪🇸 Clos i Terrasses was created in 1988 by Daphne Glorian, who decided at that time to change her life and acquire terraced vines, on the hillside near the village of Gratallops, in the Priorat @d.o.q.priorat. Helped by his friends René Barbier, José Luis Pérez, Carles Pastrana and Alvaro Palacios, this project will give birth to one of the most famous wines in Spain: Clos Erasmus.

The goal of the winegrower is to use all the potential of this unique wine-growing area. The conditions for this were excellent: a specific climate, with a lot of sunshine, cool nights and exceptional soils composed of the famous schist called Llicorella, provided the basis for terroir wines with a strong personality. In 2004, Daphne hired star winemaker Ester Nin as an advisor in order, in the long term, to convert the estate to biodynamic cultivation. The product range is limited and only includes the first wine 'Clos Erasmus' and the second wine 'Laurel'.

Vinification & Maturation: The grapes were harvested by hand and the whole bunches ferment at low temperature with ambient yeasts. The wine was aged for 16 months in a combination of oak barrels, barrels already in use, concrete vats and amphorae.

70% Garnacha, 20% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% ABV.

【👀To the eye】

Deep ruby.

【👃Nose】

Pronounced aromas of blackberry, mulberry, blackcurrant, black cherry, raspberry, strawberry, violet, mild spices, chocolate, cedar, tobacco, and toast.

【👅Palate】

Pronounced aromas similar to the nose, very expressive and lively aromas of black and red fruits with well-integrated oak aromas ending in a long and persistent mineral finish. Full body, high alcohol, medium acidity, medium tannin.

Mouthfeel is velvety and dense at the same time, with round tannins, a soft texture, the right level of acidity, incredibly complex with plenty of powerful fruity aromas and oak elements and a mineral structure, just beautiful!

【🍷 Conclusion】

Exquisite wine from Priorat, amazingly fruity, juicy, fresh, and powerful with a perfect balance between fruit, oak and minerality. Very nice to drink.
