終於通過 D1 測驗了!Finally pass my D1 exam!

🥰 昨天剛收到我的 D1 結果 - 以優異成績通過!!!! 這讓我非常高興,因為去年第一次考試時失敗,回想當時我還沒有完全準備好,對這個結果有點沮喪,但我告訴自己我永遠不應該放棄,所以我更加的努力。

目前我完成了我的第一學期的階段的階段測驗(D1, D2, D4, D5),我還有第二學期的 D3 和 D6 要通過,我已經對我已經走了那麼遠感到滿意。

為了慶祝這個好結果,我們打開了這瓶來自西班牙 Bierzo(100% 門西亞 Mencia)的 Tilenus Pieros 2013,非常華麗、富含成熟的黑色水果、薄荷、泥土、香料、灌木叢、肉感;非常優雅,酸度仍然非常活潑,融化感的單寧,品嘗的瞬間造就了美好的時刻。

🥰 Just received my D1 result yesterday. Passed with merit!!!! And that makes me very happy because I failed the exam the first time I tried it last year, I wasn't completely ready I think, I was a bit depressed with the result, but I told myself that I should never give up, so I got back to work, and this time it's good.

So, I finished my first semester (D1-D2-D4-D5), I still have D3 and D6 to pass, but everything in its own time, and I'm already happy with how far I've come. To celebrate this good result, we opened this magnificent bottle of Tilenus Pieros 2013 from Bierzo (100% Mencia), just magnificent, very ripe black fruits, notes of mint, earth, spices, undergrowth, meat, a lot of elegance, a still very lively acidity, melted tannins, a beautiful moment, especially since we visited the estate and the vineyard (parcel) last month where the grapes to make this wine come from.
