【👀視覺印象】
中度紅寶石色。
【👃嗅覺香氣】
散發顯著的櫻桃果醬、黑莓、黑醋栗、李子、黑胡椒且帶有淡花香的一級香氣，隨後有著香草、丁香和雪松的第二香氣。
【👅味覺品嘗】
起先散發出成熟水果的香氣，如黑醋栗、櫻桃，淡淡的桉樹/薄荷；再來有丁香、香草和雪松的後味。
中等偏高酸度、中等單寧、中等酒精度及中等偏飽滿的酒體，尾韻為持久的果味。整體感覺非常新鮮、結構良好、酸度脆爽、單寧柔滑、質地如奶油般柔滑。
【🍷簡單結論】
非常有趣和令人驚訝，因為通常在卡本內弗朗中的綠色/植蔬香氣不存在此酒款中。 優雅、圓潤、和諧、多汁並融合橡木味。 總體來說，喝起來非常愉快舒服。

🇦🇷 El enemigo meaning the enemy refers, according to the winemaker, to our inner battles that shape who we are (the enemy within). I like that explanation!
Grapes are sourced from vineyards located around between 1400 and 1700 meters above sea level which offers long cool nights during summer helping the grapes to perfectly ripen while maintaining their acidity.
Vinification: Fermented 22 days with 50% whole clusters
Maturation: aged for 16 months mainly in large oak casks.

92% Cabernet Franc, 8% Malbec, 13.5 % ABV.
【👀To the eye】
Medium ruby.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of cherry jam, blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, black pepper, with a hint of floral notes and secondary notes of vanilla, clove and cedar.
【👅Palate】
Pronounced aromas of ripe fruits like blackcurrant, cherry, a hint of eucalyptus / mint and secondary notes of clove, vanilla and cedar. Medium+ acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, Medium+ body. A long fruity persistent finish.
The wine feels very fresh, well-structured, balanced with a crispy acidity, smooth tannins and a creamy texture.
【🍷 Conclusion】
Very interesting and surprising wine as the green aromas usually found in Cabernet Francs are absent here. Wine is elegant, round, harmonious and juicy with integrated oak notes. Overall, very pleasant to drink.
