I have not published on this subject but I passed my French Wine Scholar at the end of last year, the programme is really excellent and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of the French vineyard. I have really learnt a lot and the tutors, Sharon McLean and Lisa M. Airey, have really succeeded in sharing their passion throughout the programme. My sincere thanks to them.
