【📝概述】
🇫🇷 參觀著名的拉菲堡酒莊 (Château Lafite Rothschild)，該酒莊位於法國梅多克 (Medoc) 地區（左岸）的波亞克 (Pauillac)，自 19 世紀以來由 Rothschild 家族擁有，並在 1855 年波爾多分級中被評為一級酒莊（Premier Cru）。

【📝Brief intro】
🇫🇷 Visit of the famous Chateau Lafite Rothschild, located in Pauillac in the Medoc region (left bank), owned by members of the Rothschild family since the 19th century, and rated as a First Growth (Premier Cru) under the 1855 Bordeaux Classification.
The vineyard is one of the largest in the Médoc at 107 hectares and produces around 35,000 cases annually, of which between 15,000 and 25,000 are first growth.
The vineyard of the estate is planted with 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot, whereas the final wine comprises between 80% and 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% and 20% Merlot, and up to 3% Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
The visit was absolutely spectacular, the cellars designed by Ricardo Bofill are magnificent and we could taste there at the candlelight of the wonderful Chateau Lafite Rothschild Pauillac (Premier Grand Cru Classé) 2002, with aromas of cassis, blackberry, mint/eucalyptus, green pepper bell, cedar, cigar box, earth, forest floor, very smooth, tannins are perfectly integrated, still fruity and fresh even after 20 years, ending in a long finish, a superb wine.
I want to thank again Fréderic our guide, who was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience really pleasant and enjoyable.
