【📝概述】

🇬🇷 這麼好的希諾瑪夫洛 Xinomavro,一開始我沒有特別高的期望,但品嘗過後這瓶酒真的讓我留下深刻的印象。

Apostolos Thymiopoulos 在 2003 年將農場改造成一個酒莊:Thymiopoulos 酒莊。 23 公頃的土地僅種植希諾瑪夫洛紅葡萄品種。

【👃嗅覺香氣】

散發出非常新鮮的紅色水果香氣,如紅櫻桃、草莓、覆盆子、紅李子;另外有乾燥香草及玫瑰果香,並帶有一絲肉桂、番茄葉和泥土的香氣。

【👅味覺品嘗】

明顯的香氣與鼻子相似,有著極好的紅色水果、碎花和溫和的香料在味覺中佔領著主導地位。 單寧低,酸度適中,酒精度適中,酒體輕盈。

口感優雅,酸度適中,單寧超級順滑,果味濃郁,悠長的鹹味與清新尾韻。 有著像巴羅洛 Barolo一樣的貴族氣息。

【🍷簡單結論】

超級經典的希諾瑪夫洛,清新、優雅、涼爽氣候風格,帶有豐富多汁的紅色水果和香脆的鹽度。 讓我想起了內比歐露 Nebbiolo,大家試試看吧!!!

【📝Brief intro】

🇬🇷 Such a nice Xinomavro, I had no particular expectation but was really impressed.

As is common in the region, the grapes were not vinified by the winegrowers but sold. Apostolos Thymiopoulos changed that in 2003 by transforming the farm into a domain: Thymiopoulos Vineyards. The 23 hectares of the property are cultivated only with a red grape variety: Xinomavro.

The grapes for this particular wine come from high-altitude vineyards located around the village of Fitia. Therefore, the 'Naoussa Alta' cuvée benefits from a sort of considerable influence of the 'cool climate', which lends the wine a particular freshness and elegance. We can add that Apostolos works only in a biodynamic way with almost no intervention in the vineyard. Grapes are hand harvested with the careful selection at the winery.

Vinification: 15 days of maceration. Fermentation takes place with indigenous natural yeasts in oak barrels.

Maturation: 8 months in large oak barrels.

100% Xinomavro, 12.5% ABV.

【👀To the eye】

Pale ruby.

【👃Nose】

Pronounced aromas of very fresh red fruits like red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, red plum, dried herbs and rosehip, with hints of cinnamon, tomato leaf and earth.

【👅Palate】

Pronounced aromas similar to the nose, with superb red fruits, smashed flowers and mild spices dominating on the palate. Low tannin, Medium acidity, Medium alcohol, Light body.

The mouth is elegant, with a good acidity, super smooth tannin, an incredible fruit concentration with a long saline / fresh finish. Feels aristocratic like a Barolo.

【🍷 Conclusion】

Super classy Xinomavro, fresh, elegant, cool climate style, with exuberant juicy red fruits and crispy salinity. Reminds me really of Nebbiolo, just wonderful and really cheap for what you get. Just go for it!!!
