這是款非常好喝的功夫女孩麗絲玲 Kung Fu Girl Riesling，來自美國非常著名的葡萄酒莊 - Charles Smith，這位音樂人走唱了世界上許多的搖滾場景之後，於 1999 年放棄搖滾生涯並回到美國西海岸，在沃拉沃拉山谷 Walla Walla Valley 建立了屬於他自己的葡萄莊園。
Charles Smith 目前是華盛頓州第四大葡萄酒生產商，並已獲得多項獎項（2009 年，《Food & Wine》雜誌授予查爾斯“年度釀酒師”；2010 年，西雅圖雜誌將查爾斯評為“年度釀酒師”；2014 年，葡萄酒愛好者 Wine Enthusiast 雜誌也將他授予“年度釀酒師”之名譽。

🇺🇸 Sold in my father-in-law's restaurant @yonlin_taiwan in Taiwan, I wanted to try it and I wasn’t disappointed.
A very nice easy drinking Riesling from the very famous wine producer after having heated up all the rock scenes of the world, Charles Smith set up his estate in the Walla Walla Valley in 1999 to give up his rocking career and to return to his native country, on the American west coast.
Charles Smith is currently the 4th biggest wine producer of Washington State and has already received many awards (2009, Food & Wine magazine awarded Charles "Winemaker of the Year"; in 2010, Seattle Magazine recognized Charles as its "Winemaker of the Year"; and in 2014, Wine Enthusiast also named him "Winemaker of the Year.).
The vines of Kung Fu Girl Riesling were planted about 20 years ago on the banks of the Columbia River. The soil rich in basalt and minerals is particularly suitable for Riesling.
Vinification: Fermentation and aging at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the fruitiness and freshness of the Riesling.

【👀To the eye】
Pale lemon.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of citrus, blossom, apple, peat, peach, apricot, and passion fruit. Lovely!
【👅Palate】
Pronounced aromas similar to the nose of fresh fruits. Medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. The attack is really fruity with a multitude of fresh fruit aromas, with a limpid texture, a good acidity without excess, everything is perfectly mastered with a long mineral crisp finish on the tropical fruits. The wine offers overall a beautiful experience.
【🍷 Conclusion】
A fantastic fruit bomb, a fresh, mineral and juicy Riesling. Highly recommended considering the price point.
