【👃嗅覺香氣】
散發出明顯地中海乾燥草香、garrigue (薰衣草、鼠尾草、迷迭香、百里香等香料融合在一起的香味)、香料、黑莓、野生漿果、果醬紅色水果（草莓、覆盆子）、桉樹味，並有著些許香草、太妃糖和巧克力的香氣。
【👅味覺品嘗】
與鼻子相似的明顯香氣，充滿活力的果香撲向味蕾，伴隨著草本和辛辣的味道，以悠長的礦物味收尾。 低單寧，中等酸度，高酒精，中等偏飽滿的酒體。 口感非常的礦物質和香脂，果味濃郁，單寧柔滑，酸度完美，非常平衡，總體而言是很棒的體驗。
【🍷簡單結論】
一款罕見獨特的葡萄酒，由不常見的黑曼托釀製而成。 它是辛辣的、植物的、果味的、精緻的、光滑的、優雅的，我真的很喜歡這瓶酒。 必須試一試！我也推薦他們其他葡萄酒，如 Soma (維歐涅 viognier) 或 Sio (黑曼托和國際品種的混釀)。
【📝Brief intro】
🇪🇸 A spectacular wine from Mallorca, from the indigenous variety Mantonegro.
First,
I love the label and the name Desconfio which refers to the quote "I don't trust people who don't drink" supposedly attributed to Humphrey Bogart. I couldn’t agree more!
Bodegas Ribas is one of the most important and ancient wineries in Mallorca, located in Consell, with a long history (founded in 1711) and the new generation (the tenth!) has brought great modernity to the estate with the switch to organic farming and a special emphasis on native grape varieties. Harvest by hand, selection grape by grape at the winery for optimum quality.
Maturation: 13 months in new oak French barrel Wine is organic and only around 1200 bottles are produced.

95% Mantonegro + 5% others, 14.5% ABV.
【👀To the eye】
Deep ruby.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of Mediterranean dried herbs, garrigue, spices, blackberry, wild berries, jammy red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), eucalyptus, hint of vanilla, toffee and chocolate.
【👅Palate】
Pronounced aromas similar to the nose, with very vibrant fruity aromas that come forward, alongside herbal and spicy notes, ending with a long mineral finish. Low tannin, Medium acidity, high alcohol, medium+ body. The mouth is somehow very mineral and balsamic, fruit-driven with smooth tannin, a perfect acidity, remarkably balanced, overall a great experience.
【🍷 Conclusion】
A rare unique wine made with the unusual Mantonegro and which really put to light this incredible Mallorca variety. It’s spicy, vegetal, fruity, sophisticated, smooth, elegant, I really love it. An absolute must try. I also recommend all their other wines like Soma (viognier) or Sio (blend of Mantonegro and international varieties)
