🇪🇸 Once again I’m amazed with Raúl Pérez wines, this one is elegant.
It displays aromas of apple, apricot, vanilla, and cream that pairs so well with today’s entrée which made our friend @yasuminesan : fresh mi-cuit scallops with homemade curry sauce and buttered apple 🍎
