🇫🇷 由 Lavinia 和 UGCB 在巴黎 We Are 酒店舉辦的品酒聚會。

此次晚會的主旨是能夠品嚐到 2019 年份的波爾多葡萄酒,根據當晚我和大多數葡萄種植者的談論,2019 是一個出色的年份,具有良好的恆定熱度、陽光和很少的惡劣天氣。

我必須承認,這些葡萄酒完完全全的具有華麗感,讓我印象深刻,而且都差不多不用再陳釀就可以直接喝了。很多人認為波爾多葡萄酒,尤其是特級園 (Grand Cru),要等好幾年才能喝,所以它們確實有很強的陳釀能力並隨著時間的增長可發展出非常漂亮的三級香氣,但近年來它們已經付出了巨大的努力來確保這些葡萄酒在年輕時就已經非常可觀好喝了,在這次品酒會中已得到了證實。

我品嚐的所有葡萄酒都很美味,但 Pomerol、 Saint Emilion 特級園和聖朱利安 (Saint Julien) 特別打動我。這些酒強勁、優雅,果味非常集中,通常具有非常明顯的花香且呈現出美麗的清新感,完美融合了橡木味,尾韻非常悠長。

🇫🇷 Incredible evening organized by Lavinia and UGCB at We Are hotel, Paris.

The principle of the evening was to be able to taste the 2019 vintage which according to the majority of the winegrowers present that evening with whom I was able to discuss is an excellent vintage with good constant heat, sunshine, and little bad weather.

I must admit, the wines were absolutely gorgeous and something that struck me, already quite ready to drink. Many people think that Bordeaux wines, especially the grands crus, have to wait years before being drunk, so indeed they have a great capacity for aging and develop very beautiful tertiary aromas with age, but a huge effort has been made in recent years to ensure that the wines are already very appreciable in their youth and this was confirmed during this tasting.

All the wines I tasted were delicious but I must say that I was particularly won over by Pomerol, Saint Emilion Grand Cru and Saint Julien. The wines were powerful, elegant, with a very concentrated fruit, often very floral, showing a beautiful freshness, perfectly integrated oaky notes, very long. What a pleasure.
