【📝概述】

👌🏼Simplement Braucol 2019（12% ABV）：深紅寶石色，明顯的黑莓、黑醋栗、黑李子、黑櫻桃、乾燥香草（百里香）、甘草、紫羅蘭、薄荷、黑胡椒、泥土、煙燻的香氣。乾式 (Dry)，中等偏低酒精、中等酸度、中等單寧（成熟）、中等酒體。煙燻及果味的尾韻悠長。葡萄酒果味濃郁、花香四溢、絲滑、強勁有力，飲用起來感到很開心。
👌🏼Simplement Ondenc 2018（13% ABV）：淡黃檸檬色，明顯的杏子、桃子、青葉、葡萄柚、荔枝、花朵、玫瑰、蜂蜜、濕石的香氣。乾式 (Dry)，中等酒精度，中等偏高的酸度，中等酒體。有著長長的礦物及鹹味尾韻。讓人想起麝香 (Muscat)，這款酒非常芳香，帶有非常宜人的礦物味，口感略帶油 oily 感但最後給人非常清新的感覺。很可口的一款酒。
【📝Brief intro】
🇫🇷 Two delicious wines from southwestern France, IGP Côtes du Tarn, are made with local grapes varieties Braucol (Fer, Fer Servadou / Mansois) and Ondenc.
The Balaran family have succeeded each other for at least 7 generations at the head of the Escausses estate in Saint-Croix, located between Gaillac and Albi. They own 30 ha (Escauses) + 20 ha (Enclos des Roses). The vines are planted on hillsides, on soils dominated by limestone. Climate is moderated by Atlantic and Mediterranean currents.
Viticulture and vinification are practiced with minimum intervention in order to let the terroir express itself. Harvest is carried out by hand, the vinification is made with wild yeasts and no sulfite is added.
👌🏼Simplement Braucol 2019 (12 abv):
Deep ruby on the eye, pronounced aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, black plum, black cherry, dried herbs (thyme), licorice, violet, mint, black pepper, earth, smoke. Dry, medium acidity, medium (-) alcohol, medium body, medium tannin (ripe). Long smoky/fruity finish. Wine is extremely fruity, floral, silky, smooth, with nice power, and really pleasant to drink.
👌🏼Simplement Ondenc 2018 (13 abv):
Pale lemon on the eye, pronounced aromas of apricot, peach, greengage, grapefruit, litchi, blossom, rose, honey, wet stone. Dry, medium alcohol, medium(+) acidity, medium body. Long mineral/salty finish. Quite reminiscent of Muscat but somehow less exuberant, the wine is quite aromatic with a very pleasant minerality to it, it feels slightly oily on the palate and leaves a very fresh feeling. Delicious.
