🇪🇸 Oh my god, 我的天啊,我超喜歡這瓶酒!

實際上它是我多年前嘗試的西班牙葡萄酒之一。從那時起,我喜歡品嚐它的每一個年份。

類似於鼻子的明顯香氣,水果果醬和香草的尾韻悠長。 中等酸度,低單寧,中等偏飽滿的酒體。 結構完美,果味十足,圓潤,口感豐富絲滑並有著完美的酸度。

【🍷簡單結論】

來自阿拉貢Aragon的美妙格那希 Garnacha。 可以馬上與朋友分享的完美葡萄酒,物超所值。 我的岳父品嚐過之後也是非常喜歡這款酒,並且決定加入他的餐廳酒單上@yonlin_taiwan

【📝Brief intro】

🇪🇸 Oh my god, I love this wine so much.

It was actually one of the very first Spanish wines I tried years ago and I fell in love with it. Since then, I like to taste every vintage.

After having drunk 2015 and 2016, let’s try 2017. Grapes come from vines planted in a mountainous area at an altitude of 600-700m above ground level resulting in a massive diurnal range that allows a slow maturation of the grapes which guarantees a perfect ripening of the fruit and a good level of acidity and anthocyanins (color development).

Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 25-30 °C.

Maturation: 5 months in new French oak barrels.

【🍇Grapes & ABV】

100% Garnacha, 14.5% ABV.

【👀To the eye】

Deep ruby.

【👃Nose】

Pronounced aromas of ripe fruits like blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, blossom, vanilla, leather, and caramel.

【👅Palate】

Pronounced aromas similar to the nose with a long finish on jammy fruits and vanilla. Medium acidity, low tannin, medium+ body. It’s perfectly structured, incredibly fruity, round, rich and silky on the palate with a perfect acidity.

【🍷 Conclusion】

I cannot recommend enough this wine, a wonderful Garnacha from Aragon. A perfect wine to share with friends, just feels like summer. Excellent value for the money. My father-in-law liked it so much after he tasted it, he decided to put it on his restaurant wine list @yonlin_taiwan.
