【📝概述】

【👅味覺品嘗】
與鼻子相似的明顯香氣，非常優雅的果香和花香並帶有淡淡的香料味，結尾尾韻是悠長的礦物鹹味。 中等偏飽滿的酒體，中等酸度，中等酒精度。
口感非常宜人，具有奶油/oily 的結構，並且由於酒渣陳釀後所產生的相當強勁的酒體，酸度適中、Lemon curd 的濃縮果味、核果、葡萄、花香與非常新鮮和礦物質的結構互相結合。 有種結合麝香 (Muscat)和瑪珊 (Marsanne)葡萄品種的味感。

【📝Brief intro】
🇬🇷 Theodoros and Chrysanthi Tsikrikonis planted their first vines in the 1950s in Myrtofyto, a small village in northeast Greece at an altitude of up to 350 meters and just 3 kilometers from the Aegean Sea.
The vineyard has an area of around 40 hectares and is divided into 4 vineyards. The grapes ripen on pure limestone soils. The combination of sea breezes during the day and mild winds from the mountain during the night forms the basis of the terroir which is perfectly suited to assyrtiko.
Vinification & Maturation: The harvest takes place by hand. In the cellar, the berries were selected and fermented at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is aged on fine lees for 6 months.

100% Assyrtiko, 12.8% ABV.
【👀To the eye】
Pale lemon.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of citrus, grapefruit, peach, dried herbs, blossoms, rose, grape, gooseberry, salt / wet stone.
【👅Palate】
Pronounced aromas similar to the nose, very elegant fruity and flowery aromas, with a touch of spices ending in a long mineral salty finish. Medium+ body, medium acidity, medium alcohol.
Mouthfeel is very pleasant with a creamy / oily structure and some quite strong body due to the lees aging, a medium acidity, concentrated fruity lemon curd, stone fruits, grapes and flowery aromas combined with a very fresh and mineral structure. Reminds me a bit of Muscat on the palate combined with Marsanne.
【🍷 Conclusion】
Delicious Assyrtiko from Greece, very unique, bold with a lot of power and personality, very seductive with a great combination of flowery / fruity aromas, a quite strong body and a nice minerality.
