🇪🇸 Vinoteca Tierra，一家可愛的葡萄酒商店，就在西班牙馬德里的 Mercado de La Paz 入口旁，店主有很多有趣的葡萄酒，也有有機、生物動力和自然酒以及不太常見的葡萄品種，她真的很熱情，知識淵博，每次我們在馬德里旅遊時都去那裡品酒放鬆。
🇪🇸 Agás do Tempo 2020 - Bodegas El Paraguas
混合了 Albariño、Torrontés、Loureiro、Treixadura 葡萄品種的美味白葡萄酒、有著柑橘、梨、蘋果、接骨木花的花香，以及一些精緻的核果類水果口感（白桃），甚至帶有甜瓜等熱帶水果的味道，含有礦物質同時非常圓潤，酸度新鮮，飲用起來非常愉快。
🇪🇸 Delmoro Blanco 2020 - Bodega La Comarcal
混合夏多內 (Chardonnay) 和 Merseguera（一種來自瓦倫西亞地區 (Valencia) 的本土葡萄），帶有檸檬、柑橘和脆蘋果、白花、木瓜、礦物質及鹹味的味道，還有一絲橡木味。明亮的酸度，Merseguera 為整體酒體增添了一些美妙的體驗，真的是一支很有趣的酒。
🇪🇸 Been today to Vinoteca Tierra, a lovely wine shop just next to the Mercado de La Paz entrance, the owner has a lot of interesting wines, organic/biodynamic and natural, less common grapes varieties, and she is really passionate and knowledgeable, a real pleasure to go there every time we are in Madrid.

🇪🇸 Agás do Tempo 2020 - Bodegas El Paraguas (Ribeiro, Galicia, Spain)
A blend of Albariño, Torrontés, Loureiro, Treixadura, delicious white wine, notes of citrus, pear, apple, floral notes of elderflower, some delicate stone fruit developing on the palate (white peach) and even hints of tropical fruit like melon, mineral and quite round at the same time, with fresh acidity, really pleasant to drink.
🇪🇸 Delmoro Blanco 2020 - Bodega La Comarcal (Valencia, Spain)
A blend of Chardonnay and Merseguera (a native grape from the Valencia region), lemon, citrus and crisp apple, white flowers, hints of quince, mineral and salty, a few notes of oak, a bright acidity, the mersegera adding some nice body to the whole, really interesting.
