🇪🇸 Fantastic Corpinnat from Recaredo, Subtil 2016, 100% Xarel-Lo, with a superb complexity, its creamy, herbaceous, mineral, fruity (greengage!) and really tasty, with very delicate bubble, long finish, incredible value for money. Highly recommended.
🇫🇷 Two delicious Altesse from Savoie, pairing really well with Tartiflette. The Roussette QV 2014 from Franck Peillot tastes of stone fruits, quince, white flower, honey, dates, figs, sweet spices, and the Marestel Eugene Marc 2018 from Domaine Carell Eugene et Fils, aged in a new barrel, which tastes of apricot, pineapple, honey, white flower, vanilla, smoke and butter.
We thought about you @valentinalitman as we drank the Subtil, and we remembered the unforgettable experience - wonderful wine degustation in Recaredo!
