🇪🇸 我們的第三站是 Arizcuren 酒莊，在洛格羅尼奧市中心。之前我也寫過他們的 Valdetrillo 葡萄酒品酒筆記 (可按這邊看看~) 令人驚訝的是，整個釀酒和裝瓶過程都在市中心的一個修復車庫中進行！
Alejandro 帶我們參觀了他所謂的 “車庫”，讓我們品嚐了他們生產的所有葡萄酒。我必須說，我絕對被他們的葡萄酒質量所征服，葡萄來自東方里奧哈的奎爾 (Quel)。我再次感謝熱情分享所有知識、親切的 Alejandro，特別是打開了這些美妙的葡萄酒讓我們細細品嘗。
我喜歡 Arizcuren 酒莊的原因是，Javier Arizcuren 真的確切的尋求生產自己的 “Author wine“ (有個人特色、不譁眾取寵、不大型量產如商業化葡萄酒)，讓風土表現自我的葡萄酒，以最少的干預，採用非常現代的里奧哈葡萄栽培方法，就像我很欣賞他使用 Mazuelo 和 Garnacha 來製作單一品種的葡萄酒一樣。他的葡萄酒非常出色，與您的經典里奧哈葡萄酒不同。

【📝Brief intro】
🇪🇸 Our third stop was at Arizcuren, which is also in the heart of the city of Logroño. I already mentioned Arizcuren when I made a tasting sheet for their "Valdetrillo" cuvée which I love!!!! What's amazing is that the entire winemaking and bottling process takes place in a rehabilitated garage right in the middle of town.
Alejandro gave us a tour of the "garage" and made us taste all the wines they produce. I must say that I was absolutely won over by the quality of the wines, whose grapes come from Rioja Oriental not far from Quel. I thank him again for his kindness, for sharing his knowledge and of course for opening all those wonderful wines.
What I love about Arizcuren is the fact that Javier Arizcuren really seeks to produce author wines, wines of terroir, with a minimum of intervention, with a very modern approach to viticulture for Rioja, just like I appreciate that he uses Mazuelo and Garnacha to craft single-varietal cuvées. His wines are really excellent, different from your classic Rioja wine and I cannot recommend them enough.
By the way, they also make incredible olive oil which I bought! You must visit them absolutely if you are staying in Logroño!!!
