散發出類似於鼻子的香氣,帶有柑橘、綠色水果、核果類水果和熱帶水果的香氣,以及一些草本、礦物和花香。 乾式 (Dry),高酸度、中等酒精度、中等偏輕盈酒體。
葡萄酒複雜,帶有典型白蘇維濃香氣,酒精完美融合、酸度清脆爽口、結構平衡,在悠長的鹹味/一絲苦味中結尾。 可以再多陳釀幾年。
【🍷簡單結論】
桑塞爾的一款好酒,新鮮、礦物、酸度和成熟水果香氣之間完美的平衡,同時表現出強烈的張力和令人愉悅的滑順口感,與海鮮或一些起士可以搭配得很好。
【📝Brief intro】
🇫🇷 The Domaine Serge Laloue is run by a brother, Franck and his sister Christine, who both perpetuate together the work undertaken by their father, Serge, in the 1960s. They own a 21-hectare vineyard, located mainly in the commune of Thauvenay, 5 kilometers from Sancerre.
This wine comes from vines planted on 100% siliceous clay soil. Grapes were sorted at the winery after harvesting. Settling lasted 48 hours at a temperature of 10°C. Fermentation took place in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats followed by 6 months aging on very fine lees along with some pumping over.
【🍇Grapes & ABV】
100% Sauvignon Blanc,
12.5% ABV.
【👀To the eye】
Pale golden.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of green lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, yellow melon, gooseberry, passion fruit, blackcurrant bud, wet stone/flint and asparagus.
【👅Palate】
Pronounced aromas similar to the nose, with citrus, green, stone and tropical fruits, along with some herbal, mineral and floral notes. Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium(-) body.
Wine is complex, pronounced with aromas typical of Sauvignon Blanc, alcohol is perfectly integrated, acidity is crisp and refreshing and in balance with the silky and smooth fruity wine structure, wine ends in a long saline / bitter finish. Can be kept for a few more years.
【🍷 Conclusion】
A very nice example from Sancerre, perfect balance between the fresh/mineral acidity and the ripe fruit aromas, wine displays a great tension and a pleasant smooth mouthfeel at the same time, should pair very well with seafood or some cheese.
