我們品嚐了六款酒，分別是：
Savigny-les-Beaune Dessus-les-Vermots 2020,
Maranges Cote-de-Beaune 2020,
Pommard 1er cru Les Rugiens Bas 2017,
Pommard 1er cru Les Rugiens Bas 2018,
Volnay 1er cru Clos des Chênes 2019,
Crémant de Bourgogne.
這些葡萄酒非常棒，特別是：
Pommard 2018，濃郁的櫻桃、紅色水果、煙燻味、單寧結構優美、尾韻悠長；

【📝Brief intro】
🇫🇷 Back from Burgundy, I'm going to share this little trip with you. We arrived in Beaune with my wife the first day at the end of the day. In order to relax we made a stop at the cellar/wine bar of the Loubet-Dewailly estate in the city center.
Domaine Loubet Dewailly has been a family estate for 5 generations, it covers an area of 10 hectares with reference appellations from the Beaune coast: Pommard 1er cru, Volnay 1er cru, Beaune 1er cru among others for the reds and Puligny Montrachet 1er cru, Meursault for the whites. We were able to taste several wines with a charcuterie platter.
We tasted six wines, namely:
Savigny-les-Beaune Dessus-les-Vermots 2020,
Maranges Cote-de-Beaune 2020,
Pommard 1er cru Les Rugiens Bas 2017,
Pommard 1er cru Les Rugiens Bas 2018,
Volnay 1er cru Clos des Chênes 2019,
Crémant de Bourgogne.
The wines were just fabulous with a special mention for the: Pommard 2018, powerful with concentrated aromas of cherry, red fruits, smoke, a beautiful tannic structure, great length, just magnificent Volnay 2019, a real bomb of almost jammy red fruits/cherries (the vintage was hot), beautiful powerful tannins, aromas of wood, tobacco, chalk/limestone. A long finish. Gorgeous too.
The welcome was great and the staff was able to answer all of our questions, and there were many of them. Highly recommended if you stay in Beaune.
