🇫🇷 我們最後一次在勃艮第的酒莊參訪是在博訥 (Beaune) 非常有名的酒廠 Louis Jadot。我太太的家人在台灣台南所經營的餐廳 - 永林綜合料理有販售他們的葡萄酒，所以她想去拜訪他們看看。
Louis Jadot 由 Louis Henry Denis Jadot 於 1859 年創立。如今，Maison Louis Jadot 歸美國 Kopf 家族所有。它經營自己的葡萄園並從其他種植者 (Negociant) 那裡購買葡萄。此酒莊掌控著勃艮第和博若萊 (Beaujolais) 約 270 公頃的葡萄園，每年僅在 Louis Jadot 品牌下就可生產約 100 至 130 瓶不同的獨立的勃艮第酒。他們大量出口到國外，因此在美國或亞洲享有盛譽。

【📝Brief intro】
🇫🇷 Our last visit to Burgundy was at the very famous winery Louis Jadot in Beaune. My wife's restaurant in Taiwan @yonlin_taiwan serves several of their wines so she really wanted to pay them a visit.
The Maison Louis Jadot was founded by Louis Henry Denis Jadot in 1859. Today the Maison Louis Jadot is owned by the American Kopf family. It operates both its own vineyards and buys grapes from other growers (negociant). It controls around 270 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy and in Beaujolais and produces approximately 100 to 130 separate Burgundy bottlings annually under the Louis Jadot label alone. They export massively abroad so they have quite a huge reputation in the United States or Asia.
The visit was very pleasant, our guide was clearly passionate and very keen to answer all our questions, we were able to see the cellar, the huge vat room with a roof from which the grapes arrive at harvest.
