🇫🇷 The Domaine Les Vins Georges Dubœuf @georgesduboeufofficiel is located in Romanèche-Thorins. About 60 km north of Lyon and vis-à-vis Beaujolais Grands Crus such as Fleurie and Morgon.
Founded in 1964 by Georges Dubœuf himself, one of the most illustrious personalities of French viticulture, the house has strongly influenced the history of this wine region and of its appellations. It owes its notoriety to its invention of Beaujolais Primeur which has shaped the image of the Beaujolais region for decades. As a pioneer and innovator, he has helped to restore the image of the Grands Crus of Beaujolais.
Vinification & Maturation: Grapes come from vineyards located at an altitude of 220 to 500m above sea level, with granite and schistic soil.
