與鼻子相似的明顯香氣，主要是柑橘、核桃和熱帶水果的香氣；也有些許生青味，輔以烤麵包、煙熏、甜香料和香草的味道。 乾式、中等酒精、中等偏高酸度、中等酒體。 這款酒展現出大量複雜而優雅的香氣、oily/光滑的質地、清新的酸度、並以鹹味/礦物味收尾。

【📝Brief intro】
🇪🇸 The Viñedos y Bodegas Sierra Cantabria estate is located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in the heart of the Rioja (Rioja Alta) region and about 34 km northwest of Logroño. The vineyards cover around 100 hectares, with plots such as El Bosque, Valgrande, Fuente la Isilla, Candelera, La Veguilla, El Saucó and La Llana. The oldest vines were planted 70 years ago. The predominant grape variety is of course Tempranillo, to which are added the white grape varieties Garnacha blanca, Malvasia and Viura.
Vinification & Maturation: This wine is a blend of Viura (50%), Malvasia (30%) and Garnacha blanca (20%). The 60-year-old vines take deep root in limestone soils. After the manual harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and then undergo cold maceration for twelve hours at low temperatures. After that, the fermentation takes place in French oak barrels from the Vosges with wild/indigenous yeast at t 14-16ºC. The cuvée is aged in these same barrels for nine months. During the first six months, the lees are stirred twice a week (batonnage) in order to lend the wine its soft and smooth side.

【👀To the eye】
Pale golden.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of dried herbs, yellow flowers, citrus, grapefruit, yellow pear, peach, pineapple, papaya, mango, toast, smoke, and vanilla.
【👅Palate】
Pronounced aromas similar to the nose with primary aromas of citrus, green, stone and tropical fruits, combined with secondary aromas of toast, smoke, hints of sweet spices and vanilla. Dry, Medium alcohol, medium+ acidity, medium body. The wine displays plenty of complex and elegant aromas, an oily/smooth texture, a fresh acidity, and ends in a long saline/mineral finish.
【🍷 Conclusion】
Beautiful White Rioja, complex, elegant, very smooth and mineral, a pure terroir expression, very enjoyable.
