Arizcuren 除了是莊園同時也是 Javier Arizcuren 的一項計畫項目，他來自下里奧哈 (Rioja Baja) 的奎爾 (Quel) 的一個葡萄種植者家庭。 在拉里奧哈大學學習葡萄栽培和釀酒學並多次前往國內外葡萄酒產區後，他於 2009 年開始在家族莊園裡釀造少量葡萄酒且於 2011 年接管了家庭農場。
這款特殊的葡萄酒是由來自海拔近 800 公尺的沙質土壤中的小地塊（1.3 公頃）的葡萄製成的，葡萄來自非常古老的（超過 100 年）未嫁接葡萄藤。
釀造和熟成：手工採摘後冷浸漬 2-4 天，在不銹鋼中發酵 15-20 天。不進行蘋果酸乳酸發酵。 在用舊橡木桶中熟化 20 個月。目前正在進行有機認證的審核。

96% 格那希 Garnacha,
4% Malvasía de Rioja,
15% ABV.

中等紅寶石色。
【👃嗅覺香氣】
帶有黑櫻桃、黑莓、藍莓、黑醋栗、野生莓果、水果酒、乾燥的山和地中海香草、碎玫瑰、泥土和甘草的香氣明顯。
【👅味覺品嘗】
類似於鼻子的明顯香氣，充滿大量的黑色水果、草藥、花香和溫和香料味。 乾式 (Dry)，高酒精度、中等偏高的酸度、中等單寧、酒體飽滿。
香氣濃郁而複雜，與高酒精完美平衡，酸度帶來新鮮感、單寧成熟、質地光滑、非常美味成熟豐勻感，以非常長的礦物質及果味收尾。

華麗的里奧哈紅酒，完美的濃度且柔滑、清新、充滿活力、礦物感，你可以花許久的時間聞香，之後很難不把整瓶給喝完，因為它太完美了。 人生中必須喝的一款紅酒！！！！
【📝Brief intro】
🇪🇸 Divine Rioja, only 784 bottles produced!
Arizcuren is the project of Javier Arizcuren who comes from a family of winegrowers from Quel, in La Rioja Baja. After studying viticulture and oenology at the University of La Rioja and making various trips to national and international wine regions, in 2009 he began to make a small amount of wine on the family estate. He took over the family farm in 2011.
This particular wine is made from grapes coming from a small plot (1.3 hectares) made of sandy soils located at an altitude of almost 800m above sea level, from very old (over 100 yo) ungrafted vines.
Vinification & Maturation: After hand harvesting, cold maceration for 2-4 days and fermentation for 15-20 days in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out. Matured in used oak barrels for 20 months.
Organic certification in progress.
【🍇Grapes & ABV】
96% garnacha, 4% malvasía de Rioja, 15% ABV.
【👀To the eye】
Medium ruby.
【👃Nose】
Pronounced aromas of black cherry, blackberry, blueberry, cassis, wild berries, fruit liquor, dried mountain and Mediterranean herbs, crushed rose, earth, and licorice.
【👅Palate】
Pronounced aromas similar to the nose, plenty of vibrant black fruits, herbs, floral notes, and mild spices. Dry, medium+ acidity, high alcohol, medium tannin, full body.
Aromas are concentrated and complex, in perfect balance with the high alcohol, acidity brings freshness, tannins are ripe, the texture is smooth, very tasty and voluptuous, it ends in a very long mineral/fruity finish.
【🍷 Conclusion】
Absolutely gorgeous Rioja with incredible concentration, it is silky, fresh, vibrant, vivid, mineral, just hypnotic, you could just smell it for hours and it’s hard to not drink the full bottle as it’s just gorgeous. A MUST-DRINK!!!!
