🇪🇸 Viña Ijalba 莊園成立於 1991 年，和其他當地的莊園比起來相對年輕，但我覺得這是一個非常有趣的酒莊，原因有幾個：首先，他們有著想生產有機葡萄酒的強烈慾望、盡可能減少干預、尊重自然，然後提出了里奧哈鮮為人知的本土葡萄品種來釀造單一品種的葡萄酒，如 Maturana Tinta、Maturana Blanca、Tempranillo Blanco，甚至是 100% Graciano 葡萄酒。

【📝Brief intro】
🇪🇸 Very nice visit to the Viña Ijalba estate located in Logrono. Viña Ijalba was founded in 1991, so is relatively young, but it is an estate that I find very interesting for several reasons, first of all, they have the desire to make organic wines, with the least possible intervention, respect for nature and then put forward the lesser-known autochthone grape varieties of Rioja to make single-variety wines such as Maturana Tinta, Maturana Blanca, Tempranillo Blanco or even a 100% Graciano-based wine.
They are working on several projects to recover and protect these grape varieties, which I find really exciting. We had the pleasure of tasting these wines and I must say that I particularly liked the Maturana Tinta and the Tempranillo Blanco which I can only recommend if you want to taste something different from Rioja. I would like to thank Juncal who provided the visit and shared his knowledge with us.
